Returns & Refunds

We are sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 28 days of purchase, as long as it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging.

We will replace any product that is faulty or misdescribed. Should your item arrive damaged or something has gone wrong, please attach a photo. Proof of purchase is required.

If a product is inappropriately or unreasonably handled, and as a result damaged, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable value from the refund amount.

Please note, any postage incurred by returning the item/s to us will not be refunded. All returned goods must be accompanied by your order number.

We aim to refund all returns 14 working days after we have received the item.
